Parenting Pointers: Talking to Your Kids About Drunk Driving

Every conversation is possibly a chance to save a life – a son or daughter, mother or father, or friend and family member. This year’s PowerTalk 21® focuses on research examining why young people agree to ride in a vehicle with a drinking driver – and how parents can talk with their children about NOT riding along. PowerTalk 21® is part of MADD's Power of Parents program, sponsored by Nationwide.

Although PowerTalk 21® was designed to raise awareness on April 21st, any day is a good day to have this conversation with your kids. Visit the Power of Parents to learn more.
