Consumer Critique: Kali Boxes

Many consumers are becoming more aware of what's in they buy, and one way to avoid ingredients like chlorine, chemicals, dyes, and other synthetics, is to to look for organic options. I had a chance to review a Kali Box, a box that contains 100% certified organic cotton and biodegradable tampons. It's convenient - you get 14 tampons (regular, super, or half/half), 10 individually packaged organic cotton towelettes, and a hydrating rosewater and aromatherapy spray.

Honestly, I wasn't used to using a spray, but it did have a lightly refreshing scent. I loved the box it came in - it made me a little excited to open up my tampons! At $25/month it is a tad pricier than buying just tampons, but the towelettes do add a nice cleansing benefit, and it's very convenient. It's easy to pause or cancel if you aren't satisfied or aren't using the whole amount each month.
