I recently had the chance to review What's Your Anger Type by Peter Sacco. It's a book that looks at a variety of different types of anger, including road rage, petrified anger, jealousy, and more. It examines the roots of anger and its results, then moves into discovering the connection between thoughts and emotions, and appropriately expressing and controlling anger.
This book would be appropriate for anyone who finds themselves with a temper a little hotter than they'd like who wants to examine ways to bring it down. It can also help people who are generally cooler-headed understand the anger they see in others. It's a fairly comprehensive book, and I really like how it breaks down types of anger separately instead of trying to lump them all into one basket of tips.
