I'm excited to have a chance to review and give away Bibles Belles: Abigail, the Belle of Bravery. This book is based on the Bible story of Abigail and David.
I love the variety of stories this series is taking. Esther is fairly well known, Hannah less so, and Abigail is one that even people familiar with most Bible stories won't know. By putting the main character in the Bible story, it helps readers get into the story themselves, making it more real than just imagining it happening long ago. The story stays true to the Biblical account, and highlights the bravery and inner beauty of Abigail.
