I recently had a chance to review the ebook Understanding Healthy Eating which provides a back-to-basics look at what you need to know for a healthy diet. There is so much information out there form so many sources, sometimes conflicting, that it can be hard to understand what's really accurate - or appropriate for your lifestyle. This book aims to cut the clutter and provide a simplified way to get the information you need.
I found it helpful that it ranks the tips in terms of importance - so if you're just starting to eat healthy, you know where you priorities should be, but if you've been eating healthy for a while, you can challenge yourself with some of the other tips. It also provides links to other information in case you want to look more in depth in a particular topic.
