Enriching Education: Reading with Dyslexia Interview

This past week, 11-yr-old Leia Schwartz, author of the book "Dyslexic Renegade," written to help the other 8 million plus kids like her in the US who have dyslexia, sat down with Outlander author Diana Gabaldon, for an emotional interview, at the nonprofit Learning Ally (formerly Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic) studio in New York..

 

Diana had previously volunteered for Learning Ally for 27 years and had returned to meet this amazing young girl. Leia and Diana are pictured with Leia's Mom, Ayelet Schwartz.
