Caring Causes: Twin Cities Film Fest Festival Preview Gala

Twin Cities Film Fest (TCFF) will kick-off their eighth season on September 7, 2017 at the Metropolitan Ballroom with their annual FESTIVAL PREVIEW GALA honoring “A Year of Spectacular Women.” Deirdre Haj(Executive Director of the Full Frame Documentary Film Festival), Melodie Bahan(Executive Director of the MN Film & TV Board), and Christine Walker (Film Producer and CEO of Provincetown Film Society) will be recognized as three vital Minnesota Women who are on the forefront of Independent Cinema.  

Twin Cities Film Fest will also present Christine Walker with their North Star Award for Excellence at this special fundraising gala, and attendees will get the first look at the Twin Cities Film Fest 2017 schedule, ahead of its Opening Night on October 18. Jatin Setia, Executive Director of TCFF looks forward to this year’s lineup, saying, "Our slate of programming will see an incredible surge in women led (directed/produced) films this year and we couldn't be happier to kick off 2017 with our Gala and recognizing 3 women who are leading voices in our industry."

Tickets for the FESTIVAL PREVIEW GALA are now available for General Admission and VIP Admission at www.twincitiesfilmfest.org. Pre-sale tickets for this year’s festival will be available to TCFF members the day after the gala, September 8.  Limited memberships for 2017 also remain available at www.twincitiesfilmfest.org.
