Smart Safety: Passenger Safety Tips for Babies, Children, and Tweens

Car crashes are a leading cause of death for children ages 1 to 13. Many times, deaths and injuries can be prevented by proper use of car seats, boosters and seat belts.
NHTSA and the Ad Council launched a new series of public service ads and information that urge parents and caregivers to protect their child’s future at every stage of life, by making sure they secure them in the correct car seat for their age, height, and weight.
With Child Passenger Safety Week this week, it's a good time to share these tips to keep your child of all ages safe. I'll be sharing information on each stage throughout the week.
