Consumer Critique: Garden Lites

Parents know that it's important for kids and adults to get plenty of vegetables in their diet - but sometimes kids are picky eaters, and other times they eat veggies but not often enough. Garden Lites provide a variety of kid-friendly options that contain a great deal of vegetable goodness, and they sent me some product vouchers to try them out.

There are many varieties of muffins - chocolate, banana chocolate chip, blueberry oat, and carrot berry. There are also tasty veggie cakes for a great savory breakfast option that is very fast and very appetizing.

I've tried the chocolate and banana chocolate chip before, and my kids loved them - so I tried out the blueberry oat and carrot berry this time. My kids are just getting into being willing to eat berries in baked goods, so it was a great time to try these flavors out. They were delicious. Garden Lites are made with organic ingredients and are great for gluten-free snacking. You can find them at a variety of stores in the frozen foods section.
