I had a chance to try out some Zoup! in their Minnesota location. My biggest problem? Their location isn't in a suburb I visit often (they're south of St. Paul, we live north of St. Paul). If they ever opened a north metro location I would definitely visit often. As it is, it still would be a great place to visit for some comfort food - perfect for winter.
It appears the menu changes on a fairly regular basis, so it's not going to be a dull place to visit. Don't like soup? They have sandwiches, salads, and other extras too. I found their soup rich and hearty, and their bread was a hit with the whole family. If they have a location near you, I definitely recommend it!
