Fun Freetime: The Librarian on UPTv

UPtv, the network that celebrates uplifting stories about families experiencing life’s biggest moments, is set to air The Librarian three-part movie series on New Year’s Day beginning at 10 a.m. ET. The franchise, produced by Dean Devlin’s Electric Entertainment and starring Noah Wyle (ERFalling Skies), centers on an ancient organization hidden beneath the Metropolitan Public Library dedicated to protecting an unknowing world from the secret, magical reality hidden all around.

The Librarian: Quest for the Spear – Airs Tuesday, Jan. 1 at 10 a.m. ET and 4 p.m. ET
Mild-mannered Flynn Carsen is introduced to his new role in life as a Librarian, chosen to recover and protect priceless historical artifacts from around the world for the secret archives of the New York Metropolitan Library.  Flynn must battle the evil organization known as the Serpent Brotherhood, who are seeking world domination. Only Flynn, aided by his beautiful and mysterious bodyguard, Nicole Noone, has the knowhow to thwart their plan.

The Librarian: Return to King Solomon's Mines – Airs Tuesday, Jan. 1 at 12 p.m. ET and 6 p.m. ET
Mild-mannered scholar Flynn Carsen, chosen to recover and protect priceless historical artifacts from around the world, must journey to the sweeping plains of Africa.  There he uncovers the secrets of his past in order to find the ancient, hidden mines of King Solomon before the treasure-filled tomb is discovered by those who would use the powerful artifacts for evil.

The Librarian: The Curse of the Judas Chalice – Premieres Tuesday, Jan. 1 at 2 p.m. ET and 8 p.m. ET
After retrieving the philosophical stone at an auction, but losing his girlfriend, Flynn Carsen has a breakdown. In need of a vacation, Flynn travels to New Orleans and develops a crush on a French singer named Simone, who discloses that she is the guardian of a key to access the Judas Chalice that is capable of resurrecting vampires. When Simone reveals that she is a vampire, Flynn questions whether she is not using him to reach the chalice and increase her power.

The movies will also air Saturday, January 19, beginning at 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. ET.
