Target Options for Last-Minute Shoppers

With just days until Christmas, Target is providing last-minute shoppers with more easy ways
to buy and deliver gifts – no reindeer required. 

New this holiday season, eligible Target.com orders placed through Thursday, Dec. 20, are guaranteed to be delivered for free by Monday, Dec. 24. If guests miss the free shipping cutoff, there are more ways to get gifts in time for Christmas with convenient shopping options like Drive Up, Order Pickup, same-day delivery with Shipt and extended store hours. 

  • Free Shipping Cutoff: New this year, eligible Target.com orders placed through Thursday, Dec. 20, are guaranteed to be delivered for free by Monday, Dec. 24
  • Convenient Ways to Shop: On Christmas Eve, guests can place last-minute orders online and use free Order Pickup or Drive Up until 6 p.m. and pick them up that night before stores close at 10 p.m.
  • Same-Day Delivery on Christmas Eve: Same-day delivery with Shipt allows guests to have their groceries, gifts, decorations and more delivered to their doorstep in as soon as one hour through Christmas Eve.
  • Extended Store Hours: Guests can shop in Target stores when it’s most convenient with extended hours now through Christmas Eve
    • Dec. 16 through Dec. 23, most Target stores will open at 7 a.m. and close at midnight.
    • On Christmas Eve, all Target stores will open at 7 a.m. and close at 10 p.m.
