Walk West announced today a continuing partnership with Wake Tech Community College to teach an in-depth course in Social Media Strategy & Marketing beginning this summer. In this robust 16-week course, students will learn everything from content mapping to writing for social media platforms to influencer marketing to analytics and measurement.
The Certificate in Social Media Strategy & Management is being taught by Walk West’s Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, Harold Henn. A veteran of marketing agencies, political campaigns, and building small businesses, Henn brings 20+ years of Marketing experience to the course. “The class developed by Walk West was a tremendous success this past Spring and I’m excited to help the next wave of students master Social Media for their business needs. Leveraging Social Media is a powerful way to level the competitive playing field no matter the size of your company,” says Henn.
Instruction begins June 11th and runs through November 1st at Wake Tech’s new RTP Campus. By the end of the semester, students will earn Google Analytics Certification and a Wake Tech Certificate of Completion. They will also become certified by Walk West in Social Media Strategy and Management. Registration for the course is open now.
