Consumer Critique: PSO-RITE Self Massager and Mini-Massager

I recently had a chance to review the PSO-RITE self massager and mini massager. It was developed by Mac Mollohan, a personal fitness trainer whose clients often complained of aches and tightness in their neck, hips, shoulders, back, and knees. He determined that the main culprits were strains in the subscapularis (shoulder muscle for rotation) and psoas (core muscle that connects lower body-pelvic area-upper body).

For many people, deep tissue massage provides relief, but it can be expensive. This massager, originally developed to help with those areas, is much cheaper (the cost of one or two massages), and can provide relief.

I was a little skeptical of the massager. Its shape doesn't look like it's going to work, but it does. It's lightweight so it's easy to move, but it's surprisingly stable while using. The PSO-MINI is even easier to bring for a mini-massager that works anywhere. Both of them can be used for much more than just a few muscles, and the website has a lot of helpful videos to show how to use it. Check out the video below and then head over to the website to learn more.
