Book Nook: Fly, Fly Again

I recently had the chance to review Fly, Fly Again, a cute story about Jenny, a child who dreams of flying. She tinkers in makeshift labs and studies the mechanics of flight - but her first attempt crashes into the neighbor's yard. Her neighbor, Jude, works with her as she learns how to control the plane. It's a good book to show the benefits of working together, solving problems, and persisting. It also includes kid-friendly info on engineering topics related to flight.

She lives in Austin, Texas with her family.
