I recently found out about a new study that among other factors includes a global poll revealing the cities where parents feel safest to allow children unsupervised in their neighbourhoods, which may be of interest to your audience. The Best Cities for Families 2020 index analyses data on city livability, family legislation and includes parent opinion polls from each location concerning neighbourhood safety and general family-friendliness.
The data also includes figures for 150 cities around the globe on the following factors in order to determine the best location to raise a family: Housing Affordability, Living Costs by Income, Unemployment (%), Education, Safety, Mobility, Air Quality (µg/m3), Healthcare, Kids' Activities, Paid Parental Leave (Days), and Family Inclusivity.
