It was definitely a movie geared more towards my girls' age, and they liked it quite a bit. My younger daughter likes spies and investigations, and my older daughter loves movies about smart girls, and the crime-solving team of Lulu and Gabby was a good fit for both of them. Themes of friendship, community, and working together run throughout the movie, and there are a few surprises for the people involved.
