Caring Causes: Angry Birds Not So Mini Golf Club Tournament

Starting Mon., Nov. 9th, families can make some fun memories for themselves and ensure a happy holiday for those less fortunate by participating in the Meadowlands Chamber-American Dream First Annual Angry Birds Not So Mini Golf Club Tournament to benefit the Chamber’s 2020 Thanksgiving Basket Brigade.  All who purchase tickets to the Angry Birds Not So Mini Golf Club Tournament through Sun., Nov. 22nd, and who send a photo of their score card to Office@Meadowlands.org, will have the chance to win one of three American Dream discounts prize packages which includes the Sunice retailer.

The Angry Birds Not So Mini Golf Club Tournament is a worthwhile way to give back to our neighbors in need,” said Nicole Mozeliak, Chief Operating Officer of American Dream. “We’re appreciative of the support from partners like the Meadowlands Chamber, in our collective efforts to help the community in meaningful ways.”

“COVID-19 will not stop us from sharing the generous spirit that residents and businesses in The Meadowlands are known for,” says Jim Kirkos, CEO of the Meadowlands Chamber.  “I deeply thank the American Dream family and participating retailer Sunice, for partnering with us to continue the Basket Brigade and supporting those in our community who are struggling right now.”

The Thanksgiving Basket Brigade fundraiser was created in 2012 by The Meadowlands Chamber’s Contractors & Builders Services Committee following Super Storm Sandy and has made hundreds of Thanksgiving Dinner Baskets each year to distribute to residents in need. This year, due to COVID-19 money raised by the effort will be donated to area Food Banks to assist with their food distribution.
