Contest: Monster Magnificent Children's Poetry Contest

Story Monsters LLC is sponsoring Monster Magnificent Children's Poetry Contest for 2nd to 7th graders and we are are calling for submissions! Winners will have their poems published in our new kids’ poetry compilation book: Why I am Monster Magnificent

To be published in 2021 by Story Monsters Press, An imprint of Story Monsters LLC.


THE CONTEST DETAILS

• Students should think about something that makes them truly magnificent and capture their thoughts in a poem! Their poetry submissions should describe why they are Monster Magnificent.
• Poems should be a minimum of two (2) lines and a maximum of sixteen (16) lines long.
• Students may submit up to two (2) entries.
• Each submission must be entered separately and each must include a Parental Consent Form.
• The Parental Consent Form must be completed by a parent or guardian, and emailed with the poem to Raven Howell, Story Monsters Poetry Director, at: Raven@storymonsters.com.
• Entries must be submitted no later than Sunday, February 28, 2021, and winners will be announced in the April 2021 issue of Story Monsters Ink.
• Winning poems will be published in the forthcoming book, Why I am Monster Magnificent (Story Monsters Press), and each winner will receive a $15 award and a complimentary copy of the book.
