Consumer Critique: Sunny the Mail Snail

I love getting mail and I love inspiring education, so I was happy to review a subscription to Sunny the Mail Snail.

The first box comes as a package - an introduction, plus a place to save the things that come in the mail. After that, it's a weekly letter with information, stickers, a puzzle, and other goodies. What I love is that it comes every week - so kids can get really excited about having mail on a regular basis. I also really like that there's not a lot of gratuitous stuff that takes up space. The information included is kid-friendly and accurate, and can be used as a starting point for a lot of further exploration as a family.

The letters are personalized, and you can include two kids, or have it personalized to a whole family instead of individual kids. The educational content can encourage literacy skills, geography, and more, and is designed for kids ages four to eight.

If my kids were younger, this is definitely a subscription I'd consider continuing. We love to learn more about the world and these letters, even though my kids are older, still encouraged us to look at different places around the globe! When they were younger they would have loved a subscription like this.
