School is wrapping up, which means my kids need a summer activity. It made it a great time to review The Perfect 100 Day Project.
There were a lot of things I liked about this book. I loved that it worked for pretty much any creative pursuit, whether traditional "artistic" or not. I also liked that it encouraged expression and progress, not necessarily being perfect or even good enough.
While there is an official 100 day project each year, it can be started at any time. All you need to do is decide what creative pursuit to pursue for 100 days, and watch the progress! The book makes a good case for why, along with advice for sharing the project and wrapping it up. It's a great book to get anyone started on a longer term project of any kind!
