Consumer Critique: Dogswell Skin & Coat Duck Recipe Meatballs Dog Treats

We recently had the chance to try out some Dogswell Skin & Coat Duck Recipe Meatballs Dog Treats.

My dog is always up for treats, and we love being able to try out new ones. Each of my girls does a training session with her during the week, and I do some on the weekends - plus we keep treats on hand when we go outside to play fetch. I don't know if she cares about the variety, but it is nice for us, and she seems to get more excited about new treats than ones she's had a lot of times before.

We don't really have too many skin issues with our dog. She gets a little itchy during allergy season, but that's about it. So I don't know how much of a difference these make for that. But I do like that there weren't really any wasted ingredients - no sugar, and duck was the first ingredient, plus they contain nutrients like omega-3 and zinc.

They didn't have a weird smell, which was good. Sometimes when we've tried treats out, they make our hands smell funny when we give our dog the treats. These just made our hands smell a little bit like jerky - which makes sense, since they're a meatball flavor made from meat!

The treats were a good size too - we didn't feel bad giving her several of them, they were easy to give to her, and we didn't have to break them up into smaller pieces to make sure she wasn't getting too much at once.
