Jovial Foods is known for their Gluten Free Pasta and Ancient Einkorn products. I had a chance to try out some gluten-free pasta. Honestly, my family couldn't tell there was anything different about it - other than that my daughter's best friend got to eat spaghetti with us too. Made from brown rice, it had a texture and taste pretty close to that of the whole wheat noodles we usually get.
