I recently had a chance to see a cute graphic novel series - The Adventures of Penguin & Panda. Designed for early readers, they're also fun stories for reluctant older readers. The idea of a penguin and panda meeting each other and become friends is kind of crazy, but the books go with it, and they're fun reads! With simple dialogue, light lessons to learn, and fun facts, these books pack a lot in a few pages.
