Consumer Critique: Pure Health

Disclosure: I received complimentary products to facilitate this post. All opinions are my own.

If you regularly take OTC medications or supplements, you might be looking to replace them with more natural alternatives. Pure Health, available at Walmart and Sam's Club, has a wide variety of supplements: appetite and weight loss, nutrition, digestion, relaxation and mood, and more. I had a chance to try several out. I was really happy with the Natural Defense immune support. I didn't think I'd get to use it until winter, but I got a nasty summer cold. I decided to try taking it, and it was a much shorter-lived cold than normal. It's basically a bunch of Vitamin C along with a few other ingredients, and is intended to keep your immune system functioning well all year long. I also tried the Green & Lean tea. I'm not a big tea fan, but it wasn't bad at all! It contains green coffee beans and spices that made it pretty easy to drink. The appetite suppress is based on saffron, apple pectin, and glucomannan (derived from konjac plant).
The products (there are many more) are natural and appropriate for vegetarians. It's fun to look at the online store too, because it explains many of the ingredients in the Q&A. Check it out and see if you can find a more natural alternative than what you've been taking.
