Mealtime Magic: CrispRoot

Disclosure: I received complimentary products to facilitate this post. All opinions are my own.

CrispRoot chips are exactly what the name says - crispy pieces of root. Cassava root, to be exact. (And it sounds weird to eat a root, but remember that potatoes grow underground too). They have 30% less fat and twice the fiber of regular potato chips. They're also gluten-free for those who need to avoid gluten. They come in four flavors - sea salt, original, BBQ bliss, and Thai ginger. I loved the Thai ginger. It was a fun flavor, not one you normally find in chips. They all were pretty good, but that one was the most unique. They also have a bunch of fun dip recipes that can go with chips. They suggest pineapple salsa with sea salt, but I actually prefer it with Thai ginger! There are also recipes for ranch, hummus, and cucumber salsa.
