Mealtime Magic: Pick-Your-Plates for Choosy Eaters

Do you have a picky eater in the house? Sometimes the best strategy is not to turn things into a power struggle and force food, but rather have lots of available healthy foods that everyone can use to customize dinner. Try these theme ideas to keep your whole family happy.

Greek: tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, pita/gyro bread, tzatziki or cucumber sauce, grapes, spinach, cucumbers, lamb, chicken, meatballs, apples, yogurt, walnuts
Loaded potatoes: baked potatoes, corn, cheese, crumbled bacon, fruit salsa, onion, sour cream
