There's something very soothing about coloring - anyone can do it, it helps calm the mind with a low-pressure activity, yet still leads to a sense of accomplishment as pages are completed. Whatever is Lovely has a Christian take on coloring, with beautiful patterns and designs framing Bible verses and phrases.
I received a copy of this book from Blogging for Books to facilitate this review, and I was really glad I had a chance. I'm not really artistic, but the patterns on this page were complex enough to be interesting, but yet also accessible even for people for whom artistic endeavors don't come naturally.
