I had a chance to review this book. There's a reason Joyce Meyer is a best-selling author. Her candid writing style and knowledge of relevant topics makes her books practical and helpful. I like that it's based in Scripture, although even if you aren't heavy into Bible-based tips you can still get some wisdom from this book. I learned some things I can put into practice right away, as well as ways to adjust my mindset to reduce stress when I can't change things.
