Spring has many holidays - Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, and more! Garden Lites Muffins and Veggie Bites can help you snack smart. 

I had a chance to try out these products that make it easy to have healthy appetizers and snacks. High in protein, fiber, and whole grains, yet low in calories, they are easy to serve and hardly taste like they are filled with vegetables! The muffins come in chocolate, banana chocolate chip, and blueberry oat; the veggie bites come in broccoli & brown rice. They can be found in stores like Walmart, Target, Publix, Foodtown, Wegmans, Whole Foods, Stop & Shop, Costco, Fresh Market, and more! My kids loved them, even after I told them they were full of veggies, and I loved having them for breakfast to get some extra veggies in early in the day.
