Consumer Critique: New IHOP Dishes

I recently got a gift card courtesy of IHOP to try out some their new dishes.

Criss-Croissants® are croissant pastry dough that is waffled and filled with great flavors: salted caramel and banana, strawberries and sweet cream cheese, and spinach and roasted red pepper (a great alternative if you aren't sure if you want breakfast or lunch!) They were a hit with all of us - my girls loved the banana flavor, my husband picked the strawberries, and I enjoyed the savory option! The dough had a great texture, airy, but firm, and really was fun for something different.

Plus, now through September 25th, Kids Eat Free* from 4-10 pm! It's a great time to go and try them out.
