Coconut Chia Pudding

Yields: 4 Servings
2 cups coconut milk
½ cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions:
Place
chia seeds, coconut milk and maple syrup in a bowl. Whisk until
thoroughly combined. Allow mixture to sit out at room temperature to
allow chia seeds to bloom. Place mixture in an airtight container and
refrigerate. Serve well chilled.
