Consumer Critique: National Geographic Gifts

I love giving gifts that are a little more unique and tailored to the interests of the recipient. For those who are interested in science, nature, or travel, the National Geographic Store has a huge selection.

The site is easy to search - by category or by price. Some of the products can be personalized to make them truly unique. The store offers books, DVDs, magazines, maps/globes/atlases, travel-related products and gear, clothing, and items for kids. You can search the kids section by age and interest, and there are a ton of things there that I'm adding to the wishlist for my girls!

I had a chance to see a photography book that I picked out for my husband called National Geographic Night Vision. It's a set of stunning photography set at night - something he enjoys doing as a hobby.

My feline-obsessed daughter is getting How to Speak Cat added to her wishlist, and my adventure-loving daughter just mind find Spies of the Mississippi under the tree.

The site is full of educational gifts that are fun, and unique gifts that can really match certain interests. Free shipping starts at $75.
