Book Nook: Star Wars Master Models Darth Vader

My daughter loves Star Wars, so it's fun to get to review products that revolve around that theme. For Christmas she got to open up one of the most recent craft books I got to review, Star Wars Master Models Darth Vader. He's naturally one of the most popular (or infamous) characters of the series. Other paper model options include Scenes, Millennium Falcon, and R2-D2. Each book gives more information about the character's involvement (or the scenes) in Star Wars, and then provides the opportunity to build a model or scenes from the movie.

My daughter is eight, so this was not something she'd have been able to do on her own. However, I'm not very artistic or good with models, and we were able to do a decent job together. The Darth Vader model ends up about a foot tall - big enough to notice but not so big that it's a challenge to display.

Quarto Knows, the publisher of these Master Models book, has several other options for art lovers who also enjoy the film: a series of Learn to Draw books from the Star Wars universe (some with Jr. options for younger artists), Star Wars: The Blueprints, and even Star Wars Cross Stitch Creations.
