Consumer Critique: Back Saver Wallet

My husband is one of many who puts a wallet in his back pocket. There is a lot of research on the effects of thick wallets on your spine. It can really put it out of alignment, and the thicker the wallet is, the worse it is.

So I was happy to try out the Back Saver Wallet. This is a significantly better option than other wallets - and you have two ways to use it. First of all, it's really thin, even when full, so even if you do sit on it, it's not as bad as a thick wallet. Secondly, because it's thin, it also works in a front pocket or the side pocket of carpenter jeans.

There are several pockets - two outside pockets that hold things tightly, two inside pockets that also work for cards, a photo sleeve for up to eight photos (did you know wallets with photos are more likely to be returned, especially if they're of kids?), and a clip to hold cash.

Obviously if you overstuff it, it's going to eventually be too thick. However, because of the slim design and the hinge that doesn't get affected by what's inside, it folds much thinner than any wallet my husband has ever used.
