Giveaway: SomaSole from Finesse Fitness

I recently had a chance to try out a SomaSole pack courtesy of Finesse Fitness. I really loved it. I used to have a bunch of exercise resistance bands, but unfortunately after our move they were unusable. It was perfect timing to be able to take part in this opportunity.

SomaSole bands have several advantages over other resistance bands. The ones I had before were round tubes, and while I loved using them, I didn't like that sometimes I'd get my hair caught, or they'd roll during use, or I wouldn't always have them centered. These solve all of those problems. The flat, soft bands don't get caught or roll, and the anchoring system ensures that both sides have equal length and resistance. The only downside is that they're designed for use with shoes, and I typically work out in just socks at home, but that is a very small disadvantage. They did work ok with socks, although it's much more comfortable with shoes on.

Finesse Fitness is currently running a Kickstarter campaign with some great perks. They have a Traveler backpack and a "The Works" backpack available at a discount, both with a great amount of flexible equipment. If you're considering setting up a home gym but are concerned about space, or if you want to be able to get a variety of workouts at home without the cost of a gym membership, either of these would be great - much more cost effective than a lot of bulky equipment, and easy to store.

Not only is the equipment a great value, but you can also check out the workouts and community online for support with your fitness needs.

One person who contributes to the campaign will have a chance to to work out with Metta World Peace, former NBA player - if you're a hardcore fan, you can pledge to get you and three of your friends a chance to shoot hoops with him as well.

I have a chance to give away one SomaSole bag, which includes the anchors and bands. To enter, leave a comment by July 20th with your favorite move to do with resistance bands.

About SomaSole:
SomaSole™ enables the user to anchor the Link, an amazing resistance band, to the feet by carabiner attachment or running the Link through the anchor point. The design of the system is attractive, sleek and comfortable while keeping its primary focus on user safety at the forefront. SomaSole is the safest, most dynamic way to do resistance training.
About The Link:
The Link is the future of resistance bands. With a physical makeup unlike any other exercise band on the market, the Link™ is truly one of a kind.
