Redbox, America’s destination for new-release movies and games, today announced the Redbox ‘Summer Spin’ promotion. Summer Spin gives Redbox Perks Members the chance to win thousands of instant win and grand prizes through the Redbox app with a total value of nearly $75,000!
Grand prize trips will transport winners to sunny destinations like Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Southern California. Players can spin the wheel in app to win instant prizes that improve their movie and game nights at home like Xbox One S gaming consoles, free movie and game nights, JOLLY TIME Popcorn, the Roku® Streaming Stick® and Chevron and Texaco promotional cards. In addition to the prizes, players can answer daily trivia questions, earning 25 Perks points for each correct answer.
“We wanted a way to reward our most loyal customers for the things they’re already doing, like reserving a disc rental through our mobile app ,” said Ash ElDifrawi, Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer at Redbox. “In building out this massive promotion, there was no activity too simple to reward. The promotion, which runs through Sunday, Aug. 26, offers players the chance to win one of three grand prize trips, including:
- The SoCal Entertainment Experience grand prize includes a six-day, five-night trip for four to Southern California, passes to the “Venom” movie premiere and more! Grand prize also includes four passes to the Sony Pictures Lot Tour, four passes to Madame Tussauds Hollywood, a $900 Visa® Gift Card, a $250 Chevron® gift card, a two (2) piece chatelet luggage from Delsey Paris, and free 1-night Redbox disc rentals for a year. Trip accommodations include round trip airfare, a three-day, three-night stay in Los Angeles, a three-day, two-night stay at the brand new LEGOLAND Castle Hotel at the LEGOLAND California Resort, including four tickets to LEGOLAND Park, LEGOLAND Water Park and SEA LIFE Aquarium.
