Caring Causes: Mercy Chefs

Mercy Chefs is on the ground in Florida supporting recovery efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael.  They are providing hot meals to thousands of victims and first responders...they need our help. In January 2017, Sterno Products joined forces with Mercy Chefs as an official philanthropic partner to help communities across the country respond to and recover from natural disasters and national emergencies. Mercy Chefs provides professionally prepared, restaurant quality meals for victims, volunteers and first responders in the aftermath of hurricanes, flooding, tornadoes, earthquakes, wildfires, and non-nature related emergencies.   As part of our partnership agreement, we provide funding as well as fuel and equipment. Additionally, the Sterno culinary team is on call to work in the Mercy Chef mobile kitchens alongside a number of other volunteer chefs.
