Greg DeLine, philanthropist, entrepreneur and mortgage business leader, has always had an appreciation for veterans’ dedication and service. DeLine regularly supports veterans’ organizations such as Angels of America’s Fallen and Segs4Vets. It is the veterans’ relationships to one another and the high level of commitment tied to service that reflect DeLine’s own principles and that he incorporates into his mortgage business, Total Lending Concepts, which operates in six states.
In fact, the president and CEO of Total Lending Concepts, Brian Neuwirth, is a veteran. DeLine and Neuwirth crossed paths several years ago through a mutual interest in helping families that believe home ownership may not be within their reach, and offering them a level of service, care and respect that neither of them were currently seeing in the marketplace. In addition, they both had a special place in their hearts for helping veterans and realized they could achieve “all of the above” by working together.
“When I first met Greg, I instantly felt this connection that we would be working together,” says Neuwirth. “The way he sees opportunities and the potential, it makes you want to ‘hitch to his wagon’ because you just know that he will genuinely help set you up for success, but also allow you the freedom to lead that success.”
About Total Lending Concepts
Total Lending Concepts is designed to excel at customer service with clients and also with its business partners. “We don’t look at the mortgage business as just a process or a number,” CFO Greg DeLine said. “We serve people who are looking for a place that they can make into their home. Brian has extraordinary leadership and has helped create a culture within TLC that allows our team to deliver that commitment.”
Having been mortgage leader for more than 15 years, Total Lending Concepts leverages their experience and expertise to serve clients with the highest quality home loans at the lowest mortgage rates available in Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas.
They help provide reliable financing for first time home buying, purchasing a dream home, refinancing an outstanding loan, or consolidating debt through their competitive products such as FHA (Federal Housing Administration), VA (Veterans Administration) and USDA loans. They see it as a great joy to help veterans in the best way possible, other than mortgage loans. And that is the main reason why Total Lending Experts supports veterans.
Support for Veterans on a Local Level
TLC has regularly participated in events for Angels of America’s Fallen, a not-for-profit organization that provides financial support for the children of America’s first-line defenders, such as fallen military and first responders.
“Last month we sponsored a benefit concert for Angels of America’s Fallen with country singer Tyler Farr. Farr was so gracious with his time, and so many fans were able to meet him in person,” says Neuwirth. “And we raised $21,000, which supports extracurricular activities for children that promote continued healing with the love and support of their friends and families, whatever their financial hardships.”
During November, TLC invited veteran families, including those that don’t believe they may qualify for a home loan, to come in and learn about the options that are available to them. This has enabled TLC help many of the veterans looking to purchase their dream homes.
