Can you find happiness in 30 days? For many people, it's just a matter of shifting mindset. I had a chance to review a book that wants to help readers do just that: 30 Days to Happiness - Daily Meditations and Actions for Finding True Joy Within Yourself.
The book sis short, but definitely not designed to be read in one sitting. Each page provides a different focus for the day, and the goal for readers is that at the end of 30 days, they'll have shifted their mindset to a happier place.
I like the emphasis in this book on happiness coming from internal factors, rather than external. I also like how the book will apply to people of nearly any background, because it's not about circumstance, but about mentality.
