Last week was Valentine's Day, a holiday when people are encouraged to couple up and have love. But finding someone just for the sake of a holiday isn't really a good foundation for lasting partnership. Dr. Diana Kirschner, author of Love in 90 Days, wants everyone to find a long-term partner - but it begins by looking at yourself first.
I had a chance to review the book. It's kind of an audacious goal - to find true love in 90 days. While not everyone who reads this book will definitely find their life partner in three months, they will have the keys to identify real, solid relationships when they come and the self-confidence to not settle for anything less than the right partner.
By helping readers end negative self-talk and create positive affirmations, Dr. Kirschner helps people realize that they are worthy of quality partners. She also helps readers identify exactly what they want. The book is written with the intended audience of females seeking males, but nearly everything she writes would be appropriate for females seeking any kind of partnership.
While the main purpose of LOVE IN 90 DAYS is a dating program to help find a soulmate, Dr. Diana shares tips that apply to any woman to let their Diamond Self shine. It also includes advice for couples on how to stay together, including the 8 Habits of Living Love. Dr Diana's LOVE IN 90 DAYS program has been used successfully by Hoda Kotb of The Today Show, Dr. Christiane Northrup, and 10s of thousands of others, to find lasting, passionate love relationships. There is also an accompanying Love in 90 DaysPBS TV special, which is now available on Amazon Prime.
