Consumer Critique: Ever Bamboo

Nearly everyone on your holiday shopping list can and will use this gift - a useful bag of ‘coal’. Charcoal makes a great deodorizer for rooms, shoes, gym bags, cars, basements, garages, and more. It's reusable and natural.
I had a chance to review Ever Bamboo, which is made from moso bamboo. Moso bamboo is fast-growing, sustainable, and more absorbent than regular charcoal. This porous material absorbs moisture and odors, instead of just masking odors. The bags are easy to use - leave wherever moisture and odors collect, and then every 1-2 months leave outside to freshen up and be able to use for even longer.
I've put ours in a few places - the laundry room closet, the guest bathroom, and the closet where we keep our recycle bin and dog food. All three of those places have much less noticeable odor now. I'm planning on getting a few more to put in the shoe closet and basement to help keep them odor-free. I definitely could see using these as gifts - they're practical, not too expensive, long-lasting. The design is visually appealing, so they don't have to stay hidden away - and they're super-easy to use!
