The National Museum of American Jewish History (NMAJH) is pleased to announce a variety of programs and activities for all ages this holiday season, to coincide with the special exhibition Notorious RBG: The Life and Times of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, on view through January 12, 2020.

Young Friends of NMAJH Present: Cocktails and Candle Lighting
Tuesday, December 17, 7 – 10 PM
Join the Young Friends of NMAJH for their annual Hanukkah celebration filled with lights, latkes, and libations! This year’s signature event will include Hanukkah crafts and activities - bring home a set of handmade natural beeswax candles for your menorah, a Gourmet latke bar with globally-inspired toppings, an open bar featuring a signature cocktail from beverage partner, Tito's Handmade Vodka, holiday-inspired photo booth station, silent auction, and live jazz music.
Tuesday, December 17, 7 – 10 PM

Sensory Friendly Day
Sunday, December 22, 1 – 3 PM
Enjoy a custom-designed self-guided sensory friendly experience. Experience a modified, sensory-friendly version of the Museum's Core exhibition and the special exhibition, Notorious RBG: The Life and Times of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, featuring lowered sounds, a quiet area to use as a cool-down space, sensory friendly backpacks, and more. Three therapy dogs and an ASL interpreter will also be on site.
Sunday, December 22, 1 – 3 PM
Enjoy a custom-designed self-guided sensory friendly experience. Experience a modified, sensory-friendly version of the Museum's Core exhibition and the special exhibition, Notorious RBG: The Life and Times of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, featuring lowered sounds, a quiet area to use as a cool-down space, sensory friendly backpacks, and more. During the run of Notorious RBG: The Life and Times of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the Museum is open 7 days a week and open late on Thursdays, until 7 PM. Admission to Notorious RBG is $9 dollars; timed-entry tickets are required. Admission to the core exhibition is free.
