Consumer Critique: Lotus Trolley Bag

I've been using reusable bags to go shopping for years. I was intrigued by the concept of the Lotus Trolley Bag, and I was thrilled when I was able to review them.

The Lotus Trolley Bag features egg and wine pockets, an insulated cooler bag, mesh bottoms to prevent mold after spills and a faster, easier and more organized method of bagging groceries.

The only big downside to these is that they are designed for self-bagging areas - places where they bag your groceries for you automatically won't quite work, because they're supposed to stay in the cart. They honestly have the potential to be a game-changer at places like Aldi (if you don't care if the cashiers sort the groceries) and make putting groceries away much faster if you shop at places like Cub, Trader Joe's (if you bag yourself), and other self-bag stores - your groceries are already sorted before you get home.

The Lotus Trolley Bag is one of the best-selling reusable bags on Amazon. They also make Lotus Produce Bags, which are color-coded by size, making it easy to grab the right size for what you're buying. They also helpfully have the tare weights on the bag themselves, so if you're purchasing particularly expensive produce or herbs, you can have the weight subtracted.
