As a women-owned, all-natural body care brand, Green Goo has been following the COVID-19 pandemic and the responses within our communities as well as the industry very closely. Management took proactive steps early to implement a plan ensuring our employees’ safety and optimizing our eCommerce and supply chain, putting us in a unique position to support best practices.
Over the course of the past few weeks we partnered with Spirit Hound Distillers in our home of Lyons, Colorado, to produce hand sanitizer for first responders, and today they announced the launch of their own FDA- and WHO-approved hand sanitizer that will be delivered to their warehouses next week.
They are offering GreenGoo.com customers a free 1 oz. bottle with their orders (while supplies last) in addition to including the hand sanitizer in their new Wellness Bundles, aimed at providing homes with discounted products they believe are more relevantly useful during these times.
They are excited to supply more than 3,000 units to the Town of Lyons with this initial delivery and will be donating a portion of sales of 2 oz. bottles they expect to be made available for purchase online and in select retailers before the end of April to other local and international charitable organizations.
