Consumer Critique: Mr. Lee's Noodles

Soups don’t have to equal cold weather. Light, healthy, and quick soups can provide comfort on hot summer days.  Mr Lee’s Noodles are an instant noodle meal made with recipes that comes in a cup - just add hot water and it’s ready to eat in three minutes. No artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives. Also low in sugar, low in calories and certified gluten-free.

I had a chance to review these noodles. I liked them. Normally I'm not a huge fan of the instant noodle soups, they're super salty and just don't feel as substantial as other meals. These came in good flavors - coconut chicken curry, Hong Kong street-style beef, Tai Chi chicken, and Zen garden vegetable miso. I'm not a huge fan of coconut, but I did like all four flavors, even the coconut. My kids only really liked the beef and chicken options, gut they're a little pickier.

Mr Lee's Noodles was created by Damien Lee, a three times cancer survivor (and single full time dad) who wanted a guilt-free comfort food that didn’t come with all the unhealthy ingredients often associated with instant meals.

Available at Whole Foods throughout the US and online at https://www.mrleesnoodles.com/us/
