Book Nook: Journaling Books from Mango Publishing

Journaling can be a great way to express yourself. It's non-confrontational, very private, and helpful for evaluating and decision-making as well. I had a chance to see some journaling books from Mango Publishing that are all great and targeting for slightly different purpose.

If you're like me and like a little extra guidance when it comes to creativity, this is perfect - just enough advice to help you get going without turning journaling into a formula.
