I recently had the chance to see a lovely floral arrangement from Nearly Natural's Valentine's Day Collection. It's awesome to have the look of plants without worrying about killing them (as I manage to do with most plants eventually). The vase was a good weight and the arrangement would fit pretty much any room.

While the arrangements might be a little more expensive than live plants, they'll add color to a room without any worry for the recipient to have to take care of.
