 Between February and April of last year, 4.2 million women dropped out of the workforce. As of today, nearly 2 million have not yet returned. FlexJobs’ data revealed that 38% of working parents had to either reduce their hours or quit their jobs entirely because of the pandemic and childcare responsibilities.
