Book Nook: Looking for a Jumbie

I recently had a chance to review Looking for a Jumbie by Tracey Baptiste

 This book follows a young, brave girl as she goes on a search for creatures from Caribbean folklore. Mom says jumbies don't exist, but Naya is insistent that they do. So she goes on a hunt, looking for creatures that look like jumbies - big mouths, fur, glowing skin, and more.

It's a cute book to inspire imagination and celebrate mythical creatures that aren't often represented in storybooks!
